UFE Position Paper: Ensuring Fairness and Efficiency in the EU “Omnibus on Taxation”

UFE gave feedback to the newest action plan of the European Commission:

For many years, UFE members have been fighting for the harmonization of custom rules applied within and on the borders of Europe.

Tax evasion, profit shifting and state aid
This week UFE president Florian Koebler participated on CESI @ noon. Dr. Max Lienemeyer (European Commission) presented his work against state aid (e.g. decisions Apple, Starbucks….).
